I'm so glad you're here

I’m Jo Hargreaves, a psychotherapist, pastor, writer and speaker. My mission is to help people understand their God-designed brains while pointing them to Jesus Christ, the lover of our souls and the lifter of our heads. By integrating theology and therapy and submitting neuroscience to the authority of scripture I aim to equip people to pursue emotional and spiritual wholeness - spirit, soul and body.

"May God himself, the God of peace, make you holy through and through. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Thessalonians 5:23

From podcasts to whole-staff training days, eBooks and monthly webinars, I love to create spaces where neuroscience and scripture meet, offering practical insight into mental health, identity, and spiritual formation. My hope is that what you find here encourages you to reflect, grow, and engage with your journey with hope.

A Faith-Filled
Understanding Of Attachment
with Jo Hargreaves
Thursday 19th March 2026
7:30pm

In this webinar, we will:
-
Explore attachment theory through the integrated lens of neuroscience and Scripture, always allowing neuroscience to sit beneath and be in submission to God’s Word.
-
Unpack how attachment forms in the nervous system, why our reactions often move faster than our beliefs, and how patterns like anxious, avoidant, or disorganised attachment develop without shame.
-
Examine how these responses live in the body, how they shape our relationships, and how Christ meets our deepest longing for secure connection.
